What we collect

Through the Project Configurator and Request a Quote form: your name, job title, company, work email, phone number (optional), plant or facility location, a description of your project, the disciplines and options you select, and any drawing, CAD, or PDF file you choose to upload.

Beyond that, this site stores one thing in your browser: a light/dark theme preference, saved locally on your device. We don't currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies — if that changes, this policy will be updated first and a cookie notice will accompany the change.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: routing your request to our engineering and sales team, preparing a scoped response, and following up by email or phone. We don't use anything you submit for advertising, and we don't sell it.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Netlify) and, where email delivery is enabled, forwarded to our team via our transactional email provider (Resend). Both act strictly as service providers to us — neither uses your information for their own purposes.

Uploaded drawings & project files

Treated as confidential business information, used only to evaluate and respond to your request. A mutual NDA is available on request before you share anything you'd rather cover formally — ask your contact at ProShank.

How long we keep it

As long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain our own business records. Ask us to delete your information at any time — see contact details below — and we will, other than what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

International visitors

We work with clients across the USA, Canada, and international markets. If you're contacting us from outside the USA, your information will be processed in the country where our hosting and email providers operate; by submitting a form here, you consent to that transfer for the purpose of us responding to you.

Security

Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we don't treat that as an excuse not to take reasonable precautions.

Children

This site is intended for business use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
