Using this site
By browsing proshank.com or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit your information — you're welcome to reach us by email instead.
This site isn't a contract
Content here — capabilities, process descriptions, the Project Configurator's summary, compliance statements — is informational. It isn't an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment. A scope, price, or delivery date only becomes binding once it's in a signed proposal or purchase agreement between you and ProShank.
What you submit
You keep ownership of any project description, specification, or drawing you upload. Submitting it grants ProShank a limited license to use it solely to evaluate your request and prepare a response — nothing broader. You confirm you have the right to share whatever you upload with us.
Accuracy
We work to keep capability and compliance information accurate — see our Compliance & Standards page for exactly what's certified today versus what's on our roadmap. That said, this site is provided without warranty of any kind, and nothing on it should be relied on in place of a written proposal for your specific project.
Availability
We aim to keep this site up and the quote pipeline working, but it's provided “as is,” without a guaranteed uptime. If the site is ever unreachable, email is always a working fallback: engineering@proshank.com.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape or automate access to this site beyond normal browsing, upload malicious files, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to bypass the safeguards on the quote form (rate limits, spam checks). We may block access or disregard submissions that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ProShank isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
This site doesn't yet specify a governing jurisdiction pending legal review. If that matters to you before you submit information, ask us — we'd rather answer directly than leave it ambiguous.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and business change; the effective date above will move when we do.
